Refund Request Eligibility

Refund Request Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, whether for live or recorded courses, Business English, or Spoken English courses.

  • How to Request: Send an email to contact@cleartalkbd.com with:

    • Subject line: “REFUND REQUEST”

    • From your registered email

    • Include registered phone number and transaction ID/ reference Number
  • Subject line: “REFUND REQUEST”
  • Your registered email and phone number
  • Transaction ID or Reference Number

Conditions for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
  • Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems that significantly hinder learning and cannot be resolved.
  • Instructor Non-Compliance: The instructor fails to deliver the course as scheduled without offering reasonable alternatives.
  • Misrepresentation: The course was marketed with misleading information regarding content, duration, or outcomes.
  • Content Discrepancy: The actual course content does not match what was promised at the time of purchase.

Refund Process
  1. Confirmation: After approval, you will receive a confirmation email with the Transaction ID or Reference number.

  2. Course Removal: The refunded course will be removed from your profile. Re-enrollment requires a new purchase.

  3. Refund Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank, card, or mobile financial service) within 10 days.

  4. Completion Notification: You will receive an email once the refund process is completed.

Exchange Policy
  • Eligibility & Procedure: Exchange requests must also be submitted within 24 hours of purchase via email to contact@cleartalkbd.com with your student details.

  • Conditions for Exchange:

    • Courses can only be exchanged once.

    • The new course must be of the same or higher price.

    • If the new course is more expensive, you must pay the difference. Example: If you exchange a course worth 2000 Taka for one worth 3000 Taka, you pay an additional 1000 Taka.
