Refund Request Eligibility
Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, whether for live or recorded courses, Business English, or Spoken English courses.
How to Request: Send an email to contact@cleartalkbd.com with:
Subject line: “REFUND REQUEST”
From your registered email
Confirmation: After approval, you will receive a confirmation email with the Transaction ID or Reference number.
Course Removal: The refunded course will be removed from your profile. Re-enrollment requires a new purchase.
Refund Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank, card, or mobile financial service) within 10 days.
Completion Notification: You will receive an email once the refund process is completed.
Eligibility & Procedure: Exchange requests must also be submitted within 24 hours of purchase via email to contact@cleartalkbd.com with your student details.
Conditions for Exchange:
Courses can only be exchanged once.
The new course must be of the same or higher price.
If the new course is more expensive, you must pay the difference. Example: If you exchange a course worth 2000 Taka for one worth 3000 Taka, you pay an additional 1000 Taka.
